  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (including tags and packaging).
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Shipping the Item Back:

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or colour, we are happy to exchange your item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • For a swift resolution, place a new order for the correct size or colour and return the original item for a refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please email us photos of the item for a swift resolution (replacement or refund).

  • Ensure your return package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
