Position the device so the drain opening sits slightly below your urethral opening. Lean forward slightly and allow the device to sit comfortably against your body. Aim into the opening and let the flow drain before moving the device away.

It can take a few tries to find the right placement. Practice in the shower or over a toilet until you feel comfortable using it.

Care

Wash the device with mild soap and water after use. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before storing.
