For best comfort and coverage, we recommend choosing tape width based on your usual binder size:

• 7.5 cm tape: Recommended for XS, S, M, and L
• 10 cm tape: Recommended for XL, 2XL, 3XL, and above

XS, S, M, L, XL, etc. refer to your usual binder size (or sports bra/top size if you don’t use binders).
If you’re between sizes or unsure, choose based on how much coverage you prefer.

Important usage note

• Always perform a patch test before first use
• Use nipple pasties or protective covers before applying the tape
• Do not overstretch during application
• Do not apply on broken or irritated skin
• Use oil for safe removal — never pull dry tape
